
The word that’s been on my mind all day is intentional. I asked myself, What would a day look like if I did everything with some level of intentionality? So, I took on the challenge.
Let me tell you, it’s been a long day! But as I look back, I’m reminded of all the small moments and little things I did. Each time, I paused to ask myself:
- Why am I doing this?
- Why am I eating this now?
- Why am I drinking this?
I admit HOWEVER going that deep with every decision might feel a little overwhelming. 😅 But adding even a touch of intentionality can go a long way. It might just help us tackle things like procrastination or boost our self-esteem.
For instance, the next time you find yourself scrolling on TikTok (assuming it hasn’t been banned yet 😜), ask yourself:
- Was this an intentional choice?
- Why am I doing this instead of working on that thing I know I need to do?
It’s not about being perfect but being aware. A little bit of thoughtfulness here and there might make a big difference. What do you think? Could intentionality change how you approach your day?
